Sometimes if the caché (internet search history) has not been cleared for a while, your browser may give you trouble accessing and downloading the PDF files on our site. If you are not familiar with how to go about doing this, you can look under your internet browser’s (e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, AOL) help menu. This is usually located on the upper, left hand corner as soon as you open your browser. There, you should be able to find an option that reads: “clear caché” or “clear search history.” Once you click on this and clear your internet search history, you should be able to access the forms with no problem.
