Mission Team September 2022

The Office of International Ministries collaborates with the Diocese of Sololá-Chimaltenango in Guatemala to assist parishes and communities where the needs are great. The Diocese of Charleston hosts regular medical missions to the Central American country.

Project San Pedro is set up to insure that children, who often end their education prematurely to help support their families, are able to complete school. Students are given financial assistance to pay for school. They are also provided nutritional supplements, clothing allowances, medical services from our on-site clinic, and assistance to live in a safe and clean home.
